PROBLEM

These three companies entered the IBA with different goals. Infinity was already exporting to 70 countries. Sleepyhead was in startup mode looking for the most profitable international expansion. Perfection Floor Tiles was an established domestic company.

SOLUTION

Infinity leveraged our logistics mentor, the retired head of Amazon account for the world’s largest package delivery company, KPMG’s International Tax Attorneys and CPAs laid out their international tax requirements. The IBA revamped the branding from a performance bike seat maker to an medical expert-led health and fitness company.

Sleepyhead used the IBA to gather market intelligence, build out a market entry strategy and plan the logistics of manufacturing in Asia and, ultimately, shipping to the Netherlands to enter the Swiss market. Sleepyhead was able to take capital investment shortly after graduation.

The IBA helped escort Perfection Floor Tile into the Mexican market by arranging finance, logistics and matchmaking and projections in Mexico.
